• Polyurethane Rubber Rollers
  The machine includes 58 polyurethane rubber rollers on the upper and lower pressure wheel frames, ensuring an even and consistent pressure distribution throughout the panel forming process.

• Large Re-Pressure Point
  With a roller diameter of ∮ 180mm, the re-pressure point is larger, helping to achieve better panel formation and adhesion.

• Dual Hob Cutting Devices
  Equipped with two sets of upper and lower hob cutting devices for precision cutting, ensuring clean and accurate edges for sandwich panels.

• Long Roller Frame
  The main roller frame spans 9.6 meters, providing ample space for continuous production of large panels.

• Rock Wool Conveyor Belts
  The conveyor frame is 6.7 meters long and is equipped with two rock wool conveyor belts, facilitating efficient material handling during the production process.

• Host Gantry Frames
  Four gantry frames ensure stability and support for the machine, allowing for smooth and precise operation.
