Product Features

1. Cage-type welding bed: It adopts high-precision 80mm thickened steel plate overall cage-type structure, triangular interconnection design, and has undergone precise finite element force analysis. CO2 full welding process is used for welding. After the machine tool is welded, it undergoes high-temperature annealing and mechanical processing to ensure the torsional deformation resistance and long-term microscopic stability of the bed, and there is no risk of cracking. The appearance is ergonomic, beautiful and coordinated.

 

2. Processing technology

  • The stress relief treatment of castings and welded support tables is carried out for multiple tempering, annealing and other heat treatment processes to ensure long-term use without deformation.
  • Precision machining designs different tooling fixtures for different workpieces, and uses high-precision special axis machining centers to fine-process the workpieces, ensuring the consistency of accuracy before and after installation.
  • Strict testing uses high-precision micrometers and rulers, combined with stable marble platforms and marble squares, to accurately measure the workpieces and strictly control the processing accuracy of each workpiece.

 

 

 

Nanjing Technology 8020 heavy-duty grinding-grade screws are selected, which have more stable transmission and higher precision.

 

 

 

 

We use Nanjing Technology's heavy-duty, high-precision P-grade 55 ball-type linear rails, which have a heavy load-bearing capacity and higher precision.

 

 

We use NACHI's original high-load ball screw injection molding machine bearings, with a bearing ball diameter of up to 16mm

 

 

 

 

 

The system has a rich set of Industry 4.0 interfaces, which can be connected to the robot arm to realize automatic loading and unloading. 

 

 

 

 
 
 

With the three-dimensional self-driving robot arm, the same control system as the bending center, there is no need for secondary programming to replace the workpiece. The system automatically generates the robot arm movement according to the bending instruction, which is more efficient and better coordinated.
