1. Cage-Type Welding Bed: Constructed from a 80mm thickened steel plate with a triangular interconnection design, this bed undergoes a CO2 full welding process followed by high-temperature annealing. This ensures exceptional torsional deformation resistance and long-term stability, preventing any risk of cracking.

 

2. Advanced Processing Technology: Multiple heat treatments, including tempering and annealing, guarantee that castings and welded support tables maintain their integrity without deformation over prolonged use.

 

3. Precision Machining: The use of specialized tooling fixtures and high-precision machining centers ensures consistency in accuracy throughout the production process.
