Full Automatic Shelf Panel Roll Forming Machine
The operation process of the shelf panel roll forming machine involves leveling the coiled material, which is then fed into the punching device by a servo feeding system set to the desired dimensions. After the punching process, the material is guided into the forming machine through a material guiding device. The material passes through forming rollers to gradually shape the product to the required cross-sectional dimensions. The product is then straightened by a straightening roller to meet the size specifications. The cutting process uses a hydraulic mold cutting method, with the product length controlled by an encoder wheel. The encoder wheel reads the length and the hydraulic system cuts the product, ensuring consistent length dimensions. Cutting and flanging are completed simultaneously. The machine halts when cutting is complete. The formed product is then unloaded and placed by a robotic arm.
