HVAC Damper Frame Roll Forming Machine
The fireproof valve body forming production line is composed of material rack, leveling, square hole punching, sharp angle punching, round hole punching, hydraulic shearing, feeding platform, valve body forming machine and Press brake. Adopting full computer PLC control and touch screen operation, the production line can set any size for cutting according to operational requirements. The maximum processing speed of the production line is 10 meters/minute, with a length error of ± 0.5mm and a diagonal error of ± 0.8mm. The standard material rack can bear 5 tons and can be produced in accordance with customer requirements.
This production line can produce "L" and "mouth" type fire damper valve bodies, fully automatic cutting production, suitable for use on construction sites or fire damper production factories, with a valve body width of 220mm.
